COOCI Associates is a well-regarded Independent Rehabilitation Case Management Company who provide high quality Case Management services to adults and children who have experienced Traumatic Brain Injury and/or Spinal Cord injury, amputations, complex traumatic injuries and other related injuries.

We are recruiting for an exciting new position within our Direct Employment Team for a Nurse Lead. Ideally the candidate will have experience in managing a community care team.

Job description

The role will be to oversee the recruitment and retention of directly employed care staff for a highly complex client population with neurological and/or complex traumatic injury. If you are looking for an exciting new role with a diverse range of duties this may be the job for you!

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience; have knowledge of relevant legislation including CQC and GDPR; be able to manage a caseload and work as part of a team; be IT literate; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; have accuracy in documentation; be enthusiastic, empathetic and resilient. Experience in the recruitment and supervision of staff would be desirable. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and minimum of 2 professional references.
