Kara and her client ‘A’ delivered a presentation at the BABICM event, The Litigation Jigsaw, held in Birmingham on 23 January.
 
They spoke about A’s rehabilitation journey from the point of injury to where he is now. They focussed on his expectations of the process and also Kara’s expectations as a case manager.
 
This inspirational presentation captivated the audience and provided an excellent example of collaborative working between the case manager and allied professionals.
